The Commission consists of 9 to 18 volunteer Catholics, appointed by the Diocesan Bishop. The Secretariat of the Commission employs staff to manage the daily operations. The Commission is organized into four specialized working groups: the Human Rights Group, the Social Affairs Group, the Formation Group, and the Ecological Care Group.
